Located throughout the USA and Mexico, our members are committed to the highest degree of excellence in the industry. For 3M wrap certification, each 3M authorized installer is held to the highest standards, which involves a hands-on, written test, a minimum of 3 years in business, an on-site interview, ongoing training and education, and more.
This ensures they possess the necessary installation skills and knowledge. Our members offer the highest tier of vinyl graphic installation services in the industry. Additionally, they carry liability insurance, establishing credibility and professionalism. (Every member must show proof of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance.) Their installation procedures are the best in the industry and the end product will speak for itself.

There are two 3M accreditations, 3M Certified and 3M Preferred. 3M Certified is the best title a company can get in the industry, and this is what our installation companies have achieved. 3M Preferred is the title awarded to individuals. Here are the details on the two titles:
3M Certified Installation Company
Being 3M Certified signals a top-tier status. A company with this label has successfully undergone a detailed on-site evaluation, including a thorough check of its records and processes. A 3M Certified company also boasts at least one installer on their team who has demonstrated proficiency in applying products to fleet vehicles, windows, walls, and floors through rigorous hands-on practical exams at 3M’s St. Paul facility.
3M Preferred Installer
Earning the 3M Preferred title is a mark of individual excellence for Professional Installers. Those who achieve this have excelled in one of 3M's comprehensive assessments, granting them the 3M Preferred Installer accolade in their chosen specialty—be it for fleet, windows, walls, floors, vehicle color change, or DI_NOC Architectural Finishes. 3M acknowledges these installers' exceptional application skills in their chosen category. Paint protection film is also a crucial component in their training programs and offerings.
3M Preferred Installers receive a title depending on their chosen specialty:
- 3M Fleet Graphics Preferred Installer
- 3M Vehicle Color Change Preferred Installer
- 3M Windows, Walls & Floors Preferred Installer
- 3Mâ„¢ DI-NOCâ„¢ Architectural Finishes Preferred Installer

Members of our organization operate with a higher set of standards than most within our industry.
The interest in confidentiality and fairness to their customers and fellow members is of the utmost importance. The following issues are important enough to our members that we’ve published them for all to see.
- Members will operate their business with honesty and fairness. This pertains to employees, customers and other members.
- Members will not back-solicit other member’s customers.
- Members will strive to achieve and maintain the highest level of professionalism and application standards within their own companies.
- Members will promote a friendly and harmonious atmosphere at all association functions and meetings.
- Members will not degrade, criticize or harm another member’s person or reputation.
- Members will strive to protect the welfare and reputation of other members and the UASG.
- Members will warn and protect other members and the association when issues arise that could cause financial hardship.
- Members will not solicit potential employees by initiating contact with UASG member employees concerning potential employment opportunities with their own company.
- Members will not use confidential and proprietary UASG member company information for personal gain without prior consent.
- In regard to sub-contracted labor, members will only represent work as being a certified graphics installation when performed by an employee of a UASG Certified company.
